Product coach

Product coach

The Product Coach is a product that provides assistance to non-technical individuals who have brilliant ideas but lack the necessary knowledge to implement them in the IT industry. Many people are hesitant to start an IT project due to the potential cost and complexity involved, which is where our service comes in.

The process involves three key components:

  • Idea Documentation

We collaborate with clients to create comprehensive documentation for their ideas, leveraging our experience to refine and perfect their concepts. This includes functional specs, market analysis, user persona analysis, and all necessary validation documents.

  • Tech Direction

We consult with our clients and guide them through the project development process, presenting multiple options with pros and cons (tech, methodology, etc.). Our team also creates a development plan outlining checkpoints and budget proposals for the project.

  • Connections & Part-Time CTO

We actively participate in finding companies and teams for the development of each part of the project. Additionally, we provide quality monitoring and development supervision, serving as the customer's part-time Chief Technology Officer for the length of the project.

With Product Coach, non-technical individuals can confidently bring their brilliant ideas to life with the guidance and support of our experienced team. We ensure that the project is well-planned, well-executed, and delivers the desired results within the specified budget and timeframe.

We help you:

Ensure that the idea is viable and has a good chance of success

Make informed decisions with our tech direction

Stay on track and avoid unexpected costs or delays

Find connections, as it is difficult to find the right resources

Ensure that the project is being developed to a high standard

Ensure that quality is being monitored throughout the process

The Product Coach and the first step of the 4-step software development process both involve assessing the customer's idea, but they differ in their approach. The Product Coach validates the idea through documentation and suggestions, while the first step of the 4-step process estimates the development time. If the customer chooses us to do the 4-step process after the Product Coach, they can skip the first step, allowing the customers to save time and money.
