OVERVIEW
EYCA(European Youth Card Asociation) have need for new mobile app and web platform, for the purpose of bringing all European Youth Cardholders into a singular ecosystem.

CHALLENGE 
The European Youth Card Association (EYCA) faced the challenge of unifying the diverse ecosystem of European Youth Cardholders into a singular platform. The existing system might have been fragmented, lacking a cohesive interface for cardholders and an efficient administrative system. Challenges likely included scattered information, difficulties in applying for discounts, and a lack of streamlined processes for card issuance and management across various European regions.

SOLUTION
We developed a comprehensive solution involving both a mobile app and a web platform. The platform was designed to provide a seamless experience for cardholders, enabling them to easily access and apply for student discounts through a user-friendly interface. Simultaneously, the administrative system was revamped to include robust tracking capabilities for issued cards.
The core solution involved the development of a new mobile app and web platform. It allowed EYCA to efficiently track issued cards and integrate seamlessly with the central system in Brussels, ensuring a unified and cohesive experience for cardholders across Europe.

RESULT
Students have a way and an opportunity to apply for student discounts, while the administration of the EYCA organization has a system for tracking issued cards. This solution will serve 7 million young Europeans and provide them with access to thousands of discounts in over 30 countries across Europe.
