As digital experiences become a standard part of almost every industry, great user experience design is crucial to success. We are looking for a qualified UI/UX designer to help us implement the best possible designs and interfaces for our products and our customers. The qualified candidate will be capable of confidently applying their UI/UX design skills to shape digital environments for the largest possible user base. This individual will also demonstrate a significant degree of drive, creativity, and understanding of our brand with a positive, proactive attitude.

Objectives of this role

• Outline and coordinate UI/UX projects
• Research and develop target personas
• Develop high-quality user interfaces tailored to key audiences
• Collaborate with other departments to maximize efficiency
• Support open communication and cross-pollination with partner organizations
• Craft a brand story

Responsibilities

• Ideate on new and unique UX concepts
• Identify business and technical requirements
• Perform market research, including user interviews and competitor analysis
• Create design wireframes, prototypes & UI designs
• Design and present UI/UX demonstrations to stakeholders
• Hand off designs to developers for implementation

Skills and qualifications

• Min 1 year of experience in web or mobile projects (XD or Figma)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Sharp eye for detail and design
• Good understanding of design principles
• Eagerness to develop new skills
• Highly collaborative attitude
• Excellent time management and organizational skills

Preferred qualifications

• Deep familiarity with agile software development
• Comprehensive fluency with component libraries
• Willingness to iterate work output based on feedback
• Significant experience with UI/UX writing or design
